They say one’s life is settled when they have a good job, take marital vows and start a family.
In that sense, my life was settled except for the unease in my heart that was begging for some form of closure with Nate.
I was a happily married woman – My kids adored me, my husband was madly in love with me. My family was perfect. Just the way I loved it.
But then Nate came back and all the old feelings were stirred back to life. I demand answers, but he begs for forgiveness.
I want to turn my back on him, leaving him in the dark but he wishes to bask in the light of the truth – The truth that was kept from him all this while.
We had been trapped in the web of lies and deceit but now the veil of misunderstanding has finally been removed, making us face the raw, naked, agonizing truth.

They say Love is blind. We can’t ever think rationally in love and our heart always wins, but I believe Love is a stubborn, selfish feeling that is not bound by any societal tags or labels, making us question our own morality.
So, this time, I neither listen to my head or heart. I leave the decision to my husband whose love for me has always been pure, ‘right’ and selfless.
Love destroys lives but also births miracles. I want to see how this miraculous love plays out in my life.

Crazy For You is the sequel to Enticed By You and is the final book in the Miraculous Love duet.
I see a miniature me staring right back at me. Eyes the same shade as mine –Grey, almost like a faded white crystal. High cheekbones, broad and sharp jawline with a straight nose. My hair is dark blonde, but his is a lighter shade of brown. The resemblance though is uncanny. He can actually grow to be my doppelganger.
My mouth hangs open as I take in his face, totally blown over with just how similar we are in looks. “Who are you?” he barks out with brunched brows. “Why you look so similar to me?”
“Beats me, Kiddo,” I answer, lost, slowly shaking my head. . “I can ask you the same.”
“Brian,” Baylee cries and runs past me to hug him. This again pleases me for reasons not known even to me. The kid who looks awfully similar to me is sweet Baylee’s brother – rather twin brother from what I gather. When they stand together, their resemblance is striking. I turn around and catch sight of the other kid, slightly elder, with his ass planted on the grass, already wailing. The other kids rush to sit beside him and I shift my focus back on Brian.
“Who are you?” he asks, looking up at me with a hardly masked scowl.
“He is my new friend. Mr. Nate,” Baylee answers, smiling my way. Brian’s scowl hardens as he narrows his eyes at me. He’s clearly not ok with his sister socializing and befriending strangers. The protectiveness and anger that shines in his eyes makes me admire this kid.
“How do you know him, Baylee? We are not supposed to be talking to strangers- young or old,” he grits out.
“Chill out.” I don’t think my smile will have an effect on him, but I try anyway. “I’m trustworthy. I’m a friend of your new teacher and just helping out here.”
“So says all the kidnappers,” he scoffs. “I’m no fool. You stay away from my sister.”
I have an urge to actually roll my eyes. A kidnapper? Really? I’m not forgetting this day or these kids. Never been mistaken for a kidnapper before.
“That’s so mean,” Baylee scolds him. “You say sorry. He’s reaaalllly nice, Brian.”
He gives me a once over and looks straight in my eyes. “Wolf in sheep’s clothing. Can’t trust.”
Wow. That’s how his sister picks rather complex and sophisticated words for her age. Her brother is a smart and cocky kid. Even his nature reminds me of myself. How peculiar is that? Not only does he look like me, he even thinks and behaves like me.

Title: Deal Makers
Series: Dealing With Love #3 (interconnected standalone)
Author: Laura Lee
Genre: Romantic Comedy
Release Date: January 4, 2019
Cover Design: JLD Designs
LIVE RELEASE ALERT
I’VE OFFICIALLY SCREWED THE POOCH.

I mean, not literally, because that would be disgusting. But I did break one of the cardinal rules of Bro Code, which is equally appalling. You see, I fell in love with my best friend’s sister after he explicitly forbid me to go near her. As if that weren’t bad enough, I went ahead and married her while sh*tfaced in Vegas.

I know that I should get an annulment and forget the whole thing ever happened, despite the fact that our wedding night was the hottest thing I’ve ever experienced.

The last thing I should do is go back for seconds.

Or thirds.

Or…you get the point.

And what I definitely shouldn’t do, is say f*ck the consequences and give this marriage a real shot.

But here’s the problem with that: I’m pretty sure that Charlotte Harris is the one. And if that’s the case, nothing is going to keep me away from her. Not even her brother.
*Deal Makers is filled with lots of laughs, drunken shenanigans, and a sexy romance. It is the third installment in the Dealing With Love series but each one can be read as a standalone.

DREW

“I kicked blackjack’s ass!” Charlee lifts her arms in triumph. “We should celebrate!”I steady her by the elbow as we step into the observation wheel. “Isn’t that what we’re doing right now?”

She points to the bar in the center of the pod. “Celebrations call for cocktails!” She giggles. “I said cock. Cock, cock, cockity cock. Cockleshell. Cocksure. Oh, I know! Cock-a-doodle-doo!” She crows that last word, causing the people around us to snicker. Thank fuck we’re in the twenty-one and over pod.

I tuck a thick strand of hair behind her ear and smile when she leans her cheek into my palm. “That last drink really tipped you over the edge, huh?”

On our way to the Linq’s promenade, we stopped at one of those stands that offers yardstick beakers of slushy alcohol. Charlee sucked hers down like taking a hit from a beer bong. I slurped mine a little more slowly but finished it nonetheless. I’m a big guy so it takes a lot to get me drunk, but those fucking things are huge, and we had shots right before that, so I’m actually buzzing pretty hard right now. I’m pretty sure the gorgeous brunette currently rubbing up against me like a cat has crossed over into sloshed.

“Nah.” She strokes my arm like it’s the softest thing she’s ever felt. “I’m good. Your muscles are huge, Drew. How often do you work out?” She rests her head against my bicep. “Seriously, this thing is almost as big as my head. Look!”

I laugh as I tuck her into my chest. “I work out every day if I can. If I’m at the station, I only get an hour per day but if I’m at home, I’ll go to the gym for a couple of hours.”

She wraps her arms around my waist and tips her head back. “Everyday? That’s insane. Exercise blows. I mean, I do it, but only because I fucking love to eat, but I’m miserable the whole time.”

“I actually really enjoy it.” I shrug. “If you’re that miserable, maybe you just need a workout partner. You should come with me sometime.”

Her hands wander down to my ass. “I’d rather work off calories the naked way. If you feel the need to lift weights, you can totally bench press me.” She squeezes my ass and presses her tits into my stomach to emphasize her point.

I groan as I picture lifting her deliciously naked body, pressing my lips against her skin with each downward motion. Having a boner while trapped in a small space with twenty other people isn’t ideal so as much as I don’t want to, I step back.

“Let’s get you that cocktail, Drunkie McGhee.”

Laura’s passion has always been storytelling. She spent most of her life with her nose in a book thinking of alternate endings or continuations to the story. She won her first writing contest at the ripe old age of nine, earning a trip to the state capital to showcase her manuscript. Thankfully for her, those early works will never see the light of day again!

Laura lives in the Pacific Northwest with her wonderful husband, two beautiful children, and three of the most poorly behaved cats in existence. She likes her fruit smoothies filled with rum, her cupboards stocked with Cadbury’s chocolate, and her music turned up loud. When she’s not writing or watching HGTV, she’s reading anything she can get her hands on. She’s a sucker for spicy romances, especially those involving vampires, bad boys, or cowboys!

From an early age I have loved faery tales and mythological stories – they welcomed me into their pages while I went on the adventure with the characters, mourning their loss when the book ended and they left my life.
As an author, my characters walk into my life and take over my home until the book is over. They visit often to share more stories that need told, and it is my pleasure to share them. I hope you love my characters as much as I do, they have lived with me for a long time, and I am merely telling their stories about their time in the Otherworld.
I live in a cottage near the sea. I love to write in my beloved faery garden filled with flowers, trees, birds, butterflies, and my favourite bumble bees. The cottage is in a sleepy seaside town where I enjoy walks in the sand with my beloved dog that goes with me everywhere.

Every nerve in my body became paralysed as my eyes made the steep climb to the balcony. My feet stuck to the floor, and a lump in my throat threatened to choke me. The music faded away to a background hum, and every person in this crowded room disappeared until there was only one left.
Dressed in an elaborate tight black and gold corset with a flared skirt, she radiated beauty in waves. A mass of golden blonde curls cascaded from a crown on top of her head around her shoulders. The ornate black mask hid her face but not her identity. Nothing ever would.
My feet moved of their own volition, walking towards her in a trance.
She was a phantom sent to torment my soul, a figment of my depraved imagination, a mirage. Whatever the vision in front of me was, my heart felt warmth for the first time in days. My dragon sniffed the air in appreciation, my nostrils flaring at the familiar scent.
Step by step she descended the staircase, her long elegant leg tempting through the slit of her dress, displaying golden stilettos. Every inch of her screamed seduction, and I was a slave for her to command. I knew my heart would be shredded tomorrow, but I couldn’t resist the pull of the magnetic force drawing me ever closer to her.

She’s the Sweetheart of Sweet Romance. He’s romance’s reigning sex god. When the two accidentally collide at a book conference, sparks—and their luggage—fly.

Stacy:

When Gage Blackstone crashed into me, I had no idea who he was. If I’d known he was the man everyone called the king of one-handed reads, I would’ve run in the other direction as fast as I could. Every woman who has ever read a romance novel has at least one erotic book penned by him hidden in her underwear drawer. Never in a million years—not in my wildest dreams—would I ever have imagined waking up next to him. I’m hardly the one-night-stand type of girl he probably goes for but when he finds out what I write he’ll be the one running in the other direction.

Gage:

I was dead on my feet when I nearly toppled over the stranger standing in front of me, until I saw her wide green eyes and innocent beauty. She looked like the perfect angel, and from that point on all I could think about was messing up her perfect hair and kissing her senseless. When I found out she wrote sweet romance novels, I was even more intrigued. Could I unleash her wild side, while proving I was just an average guy with a talent for writing fantasies women dream about?

Who would have ever thought
the most novel approach to love would be sweet, spicy and steaming hot?

Heather Guimond is a Los Angeles native, a fact she’s abnormally proud of. When she’s not trying to write something that will make people laugh or rip their hearts out (or both!) she’s either reading or doing her best to crack the whip on her three home-schooled teenagers. She loves all things witty and wise-cracking, as well most varieties of smart-assery. Other favorites include French roast coffee in copious amounts and the dirtiest Dirty Martinis she can find. More than anything, she hopes she writes books that stick with the reader long after the pages have been read.
