The life she doesn’t remember might be the one that kills her.
Six months ago Coralyne James was found beaten and clinging to life alongside a desolate country road. Left with a rare form of amnesia, she now struggles through debilitating migraines, and nightmarish visions of a life she can’t recall.
During a routine exam, Coralyne meets Dr. Maxwell Hough who is taking the medical world by storm with his breakthrough neurological treatments. Fascinated by Coralyne’s maladies, Dr. Hough invites her to be a part a medical trial held at his lab in Valdez, Alaska. Praying three months trapped in the deep snow surrounding Ravyn Manor will hold the key to easing her pain, Coralyne agrees.
For reasons she can’t explain, walking the halls of the manor seems to cause ghostly recollections to claw at the edges of her mind. It’s as if they are leading her to… something. Following their haunting trail, she stumbles onto a series of recordings that reveal a horrifying truth about the respected doctor.
As blocked memories finally break free, Coralyne is crippled by the fear she’ll never escape the horrors of the Ravyn’s nest.

Anything he can to entice her heart to fall for him…

Book Two of The Debt Duet.

My pupils dilate. “Is that—”
“A collar, for a filthy pet,” he says, biting his lip.
“But …” I mutter.
“You didn’t think I’d let you get off that easily, did you?”
He approaches me with the collar and goes to one knee as he wraps it around my neck and locks it into place before I can even raise a finger. I scratch at it and tug it away as he attaches the chain.
He tips up my chin. “Don’t fight it.”
Then he gets up, still holding the chain. I’m like a dog on a leash … and the dirty grin on his face makes me want to bite his face.
My nostrils flare. “How long does this thing stay on?”
“As long as I want it to,” he replies. “As long as it takes for you to learn your lesson.”
“What lesson?”
“That you don’t get to turn away from me. That you don’t run away from a man like me. That you don’t … go and fall for another man’s charms.” There’s a hint of betrayal glimmering in his eyes.

Title: The Night We Met
Author: Beth Rinyu
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: July 18, 2019
Cover Design: Amy Queau of Q Design
I’ve always been three things: Loving daughter, devoted sister, and cynical romantic. Okay, maybe not always the last one, that didn’t happen until my ex-boyfriend cheated on me, and not with just anyone…my best friend.

One year later, and I’m over relationships, only interested in the occasional one-night stand. I don’t fall in love with them, and I don’t expect them to fall in love with me. I won’t be waiting around for their call or stalking their social media—until I discover that one of my little trysts indirectly holds my family’s fate in his hands. So, with a little convincing from my older and much wiser sister, I break my own rules for the sake of my family.
He’s the exact opposite of me: Serious, detached and arrogant. Did I mention that he looks like he should be on a billboard for a cologne ad in the middle of Times Square, or the sexy way he botches up my name in his German accent? Well, he does…but I refuse to relent, remaining committed to my plan. Strictly business, no emotions involved, and nobody will get hurt…until nobody turns into somebody I find myself needing more than I ever thought possible.
What do you do when a one-night stand turns into so much more than you bargained for? And how do you stop one lie that’s getting bigger each time you’re with him from caving everything in around you? I know in the end someone is going to get hurt, but I’m powerless to stop it. And for him…I think I may be willing to have my heart broken all over again.

“We don’t have that here. All of our German beers are listed—”
“How do you know it’s German?” He toyed with me.
“Well, I just assumed since you were German that the beer you asked for was German as well.”
“How do you know I’m German?”
“Your accent.”
“You assume a lot of things, Emmeline. Don’t you? Perhaps you shouldn’t be so quick in your assumptions.”
What the hell was his problem? There was no way in hell I could pretend to even like this guy, and judging by his self-important attitude, it wasn’t like I would even be afforded the opportunity to. Bridgette was going to have to go at it alone on this.
“You’re correct on one point, Emmeline.”
“My name is Emme!” I snapped.
He picked up my license still sitting on the bar and studied it keenly. “That is not what your identification says.”
“Emmeline is my proper name. My friends call me Emme.”
Even that stomach flipping smile that had spread across his face wasn’t making up for his arrogance. Look away from the dimples, Em. This guy is an ass!
“Well, since I’m always proper, and I’m not your friend…I call you Emmeline.”
My impatience and anger were escalating at an equal pace. “Okay, fine, since this will be the last time we ever speak, then you can call me whatever you want. Thank you for returning my license, and if there isn’t anything I can get you to drink, then have a nice night.”
His hand covered mine as I went to snatch my license from the bar. “There you go making those assumption again.” There was a spark to his eyes, hinting at amusement over my flustered state.
“Okay…and do tell, what are those assumptions I seem to be making?”
“The beer I requested is Belgian, not German.”

“Well, forgive me. I’ll make a mental note of that, in case another pompous German or whatever it is you are comes in and requests it.” I wanted to walk away and be done with the entire conversation, but his hand was still covering mine with a tightening grip.
Ever since I can remember, I have always enjoyed Creative Writing. There was always something about being able to travel to a different place or become a different person with just the stroke of a pen – or in today’s world a touch of the keyboard. I love creating deep characters who you will love or love to hate.

My life is not as interesting as my books or the characters in them, but then again whose life is? My happy place is a seat by the ocean with my feet in the sand or on the busy streets of New York City. You will more than likely find one of these places as the setting for most of my books.

Series: Dahlia Saga #1-#2
Author: Natalie Bennett
Genre: Dark Romance
Release Date: May 28, 2019
Cover Design: Opulent Designs

Everyone knows the stories about naïve girls being taken by beautiful monsters.

Often the monster is a tortured soul with a fucked up past, but even then, that monster is redeemable.
This is not one of those stories.
My monster revels in the carnage he creates.
Our story is not one where good prevails and the villain becomes a hero.
My reality is dark.
His demons are darker.
And though I love my monster, this is no fairytale.
There is no happily ever after.

Love is a tragedy designed for two.
What would you endure to see it through?
I was nothing.
He was both madness and paradise.
I was innocent.
He was twisted, harboring sadistic secrets.
I was a malignant obsession.
Now I am his most prized possession.

Title: Cry Mercy
Series: Blood Legion MC Book 1
Author: Rie Warren
Genre: MC Romance
Release Date:
Gritty star-crossed lovers? You have no idea . . .
ANGEL
I thought I knew bad times. The worst times. My dad murdered, the MC that’s rightfully mine ripped apart by corrupt rule. I didn’t know anything about true horror until I met a Tennessean girl named Mercy.
Angel and Mercy, frigging ironic, right? You don’t know the half of it. Blood Legion MC is my legacy, and revenge against me is Mercy’s. If you’re looking for gritty star-crossed lovers in the Crescent City, you’ve found it. Because there’s a damn good chance one of us won’t make it out of here alive.
MERCY
I’m at the mercy of my menfolk. Mercy . . . ironic, isn’t it? Because my cousin and my uncle show no mercy to me, despite my name. I’m used against my will. I’m beaten and worse when I don’t behave. I have no freedom, only one friend, and no chance of escape even though New Orleans is so vibrant I feel like I could touch the colors.
I fled the compound for just one night. I shouldn’t have. I met a biker called Angel—Angel. He’s blond as a seraph, but big and tall and full of sweet talk I’ve never heard before. Except he’s my family’s enemy.
Angel can’t be my only hope because my kin have vowed to take out him and the rest of the Blood Legion MC in one big Tenn-tucky blaze of glory.

“Hey, Angel! You got a live one there?” A man with tons of chunky silver rings on his fingers yelled over to our quiet corner.

“Fuck. Off. Saint,” Angel replied, swiping him the middle finger without even looking.

“Saint?” I asked, lips curling together. “And Angel.”

Angel winked. “And don’t forget Mercy. Must be destined, oui?”I smothered a smile, taking another long drink of my beer. “Well, I don’t think he’s a saint or you’re an angel. Not by the way those pretty ladies looked like they were competing for your company earlier.”

“You saw that?” Groaning, he rubbed a hand down his cheek. Then his face lit up from the inside. “So you were watching me just as much as I was watching you.”

I couldn’t help but laugh as he gloated.

Then I pressed my palm against his chest and lifted up to the toes of my boots to whisper against his jaw, “I was waiting to see if you’d get your eyes gouged out.”

He laughed loudly, tipping his head back so his gold curls shimmered.

I snickered, draining the rest of my beer.

“Buy you another?” His arm ringed around my waist.

And alarm bells went off.

I wrestled free, quickly checking the time on my watch.

Almost midnight.

“I have to go.” I slammed my bottle onto the nearest table.

“Didn’t mean to scare you off, Mercy.” Angel stepped in front of me as I waded to the door.

He held his hands raised in front of him.

I dodged around him, fleeing like I should have done an hour ago.

Running down the sidewalk, I tripped on the uneven pavement in my over-sized boots.

A strong arm banded around my waist, drawing me up and steadying me.

“Got you, beb.”

Puffs of breath pelted against my ear, and then Angel released me from his grasp.

He spun me gently around, his hair like a halo lit by the streetlight. “At least let me give you a ride. Where you headed?”

I shook my head. “I just need to go. Please.”

I got the feeling Angel L’Esperance didn’t chase just anyone. But I couldn’t let him get close to me. I didn’t want him knowing where I lived.

Shame and embarrassment bled into one big ball of regret.

His fingers came up to tenderly caress my cheek.

The first touch on my skin from a male that didn’t make me flinch or quake or want to crawl away in fear.

“Can I at least get a kiss?”

My heart leaped.

Angel didn’t pose a threat. How could he, with a name like that and sincerity shining in his clear blue eyes?

Even more, he’d easily tunneled beneath years of distrust and hurt . . . in mere minutes.

“Yes,” I whispered.

He closed his eyes. He hummed a deep rumbling sound. He bent his burnished head over mine, and seconds later the softest, most pleasurable sensation melted against my mouth. His tongue took a trip across the seam of my lips, sailing to a stop before he plucked my bottom lip between both of his.

When he drew back, I swore I could read dreams in his eyes.

It wasn’t a kiss. It was a promise. It tasted like hope.

Hope I couldn’t afford.

Oh lord.

“How about your number, Miss Mercy?”

Hope became cinders in my mouth. “I don’t think so.”

Threading his fingers through his hair, he tousled the strands even more. “At least let me put my number in your phone.”

“I don’t have a cell phone.” Another thing I wasn’t allowed.

He frowned heavily at me before grasping my hand and squeezing it. “Wait here.”

He raced back to the bar, and I knew I should leave while I could.

But my lips tingled. I pressed my fingers against my mouth, remembering the firm warm pressure.

I wasn’t going to make it back to the Lair in time.

Half a minute later, Angel ran back to me. His grin didn’t make it to his eyes that time. He stuffed a napkin in my pocket.

“My number. Call me.”

“Why?”

He laughed curtly. “Whaddya mean why? I wanna see you again, Mercy.” Gathering my hands in his, he asked, “You sure I can’t give you a ride?”

“I have to go. I have to go now.”

“Okay.” He released me. “Okay.”

I turned away from him, pulling the napkin out to crush it in my hand. To hold it in my hand.

Dashing away tears that came from the deep hidden well within, I sprinted. I looked back once, and Angel still watched. He watched until I was out of sight.

I tried to keep my bearings. I hoped I got home before my kinfolk. Because something bad would happen if they found me missing.
